Summertime at Hostaria Fratelli

In summer, we serve Mediterranean fish specialities such as turbot or sole with our homemade pasta with seafood. For meat lovers, we serve a veal chop or a fillet of Tuscan Chianina beef. For dessert, we serve fresh homemade sorbets or semi-frozen sorbets with fruit.

We combine our dishes with the latest seasonal vegetables and fruit. In addition to asparagus, these include spring onions, green beans, spinach leaves, beetroot, aubergines and rocket. Fresh strawberries, peaches, apricots and plums round off the dish.

The noise protection in our restaurant has been extended.

In the past, the ‘noise level’ was somewhat high, especially when we were full.

A few weeks ago, we supplemented our noise protection measures and were able to significantly reduce the noise level, as confirmed by your feedback.

We are pleased to be able to make your visit to us more pleasant with this measure.

The winter truffle, also known as the Perigord truffle, is a speciality from Umbria.
